Dish Network Magic Card Gives Wide Open Access To All Channels

“I have access to 1,000 channels and there is still nothing to watch,” one tester complained. A thousand channels and still he had nothing to watch. At least he wasn’t paying for them. The Dish Network Magic Card gives wide open access to all channels available on digital satellite TV. A tester is a hacker, or someone who is using an altered access card to decode all encrypted signals of satellite programming free of the monthly subscription price. A Dish Network Magic Card is a ‘hacked’ card offered for sale at a flat rate price.

The Dish Network Magic Card is a smart card that inserts into a Dish Network receiver. Subscribers may purchase a Magic Card to gain access to channels not included in the subscription. Non-subscribers with Dish Network equipment can use the card to gain free access to all channels, including pay per view and the adult channels, without subscribing to Dish Network service.

The Dish Network Magic Card gives you access to pirated Internet service. The availability of altered digital satellite service (DDS) cards is a relatively recent development. There is already a wealth of information on the Internet offering pirated cards for sale or giving instructions on how to reprogram cards to give pirated access. Some testers or hackers attempt to justify this practice by claiming that the airwaves and space are public domain and that nobody has the right to use them for profit. This does not change the fact that direct broadcast television is an extremely expensive proposition for any business to undertake. Charging viewers a fee for using the service is the only way that these companies can hope to recover their investment and return a profit.

To combat testers using cards such as the Dish Network Magic Card, and others, the satellite TV service providers are using electronic counter measures to identify pirated cards. The penalties for using hacked cards can be mild to severe. In the best-case scenario, the satellite provider will disrupt service to a receiver using a pirated card. In a worst-case scenario, guilty parties are identified and prosecuted. To date, hackers in four countries have been prosecuted for their crimes. Use of cards like the Dish Network Magic Card can be a risky business.
